![]() ![]() If they are offering something that is not valuable to them, why would it be valuable to us, and why would they control it to expire if it’s not valuable to them? Many of us consider limited/expiring software to be extended-trial advertising, but trial nevertheless, teaser advertising, especially when the program is an older version, not the current version from the vendor’s catalog, where our feedback would go nowhere because they are no longer developing that older version, so why would we users give feedback, and why would we start to use a program that is new to us, but that the vendor themselves has moved on from and has a new, improved version? Actually, for me, iMobie AnyDroid repeatedly asked to “activate” even though it appeared to successfully accept my credentials when I first ran the program, but after 5 or so restarts and re-activations of the program, it finally came up and did not ask me to “activate”, so there’s that – that might be WALL’s experience, I dunno.
